Hokuriku University has one library on each campus, with a total collection of 210,000 books. The libraries are open 363 days a year, and are used not only by HU students, but also by high school students and the general public. The interior of the library is fitted with natural wood, creating a relaxing atmosphere for studying and reading.
The Taiyogaoka campus library has 60 computers on the first floor for student access. The library uses a My Carin system, which allows students to search and reserve books online.

During summer, winter and spring breaks the libraries are open from 9:00 to 17:00.
The libraries are closed on December 31 and January 1st every year.
Audio visual equipment can be booked for use at the back of the International Exchange Center, on the 1st floor of Building 1 on the Taiyogaoka Campus.
